Shipping & Returns
Due to the nature of handmade items and the time and effort invested in creating each piece, we do not accept returns.
Quality Assurance: We strive to ensure that all our products meet high standards of quality. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at awstitch.co@gmail.com with details of the issue and photographic evidence.
Non-eligible Items for Return or Exchange: Custom orders, personalized items, and sale items are exempt from being returned or exchanged.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
